The Internet
As I became familiar with the Internet information became more valuable and were passed on at a rapid rate.
In the past decade the Internet has become my greatest friend. My first experience with this tool was back in 2000 after creating an Aol account with the screen name bigpaulart@aol.com. It was a great accomplishment not knowing my next step to using the tool. As maturity kicked in chat rooms and online gaming were a fascinating factor of all the cool stuff large corporations had online. I noticed myself sending emails and talking to people in other parts of the city and soon states. Not using the recently produces email account a new one was created based on the church I attend, Maranatha062003@yahoo.com; it was lame to used the church’s name I had nothing to do with who I was. It was created based on impulse and memory. As my friendship of the Internet grew my addiction to it became richer for the facts that there were many crazy images and funny videos to look up. It became a place where I felt safe and a good laugh was produced from seeing the worst things. A great website that myself and friends occasionally visited are www.rotten.com as well as ebaumsworld.com, there friend and I would look at the worst images of rotten corpses and mutilated mammals of all kind. Our minds were in the gutter once a day. The internet grew on me to an extent, soon I had another email address, the first two were no longer used as much as I thought and also did not represent who I was so smithpaulanthony2@yahoo.com was made to be the official email address. The Internet became even popular than I thought and my addiction was worse than a cancer patient smoking. Anything I wanted google could answer it and so I wanted a more official domain and google has answered my call by hosting smithpaulanthony2@gmail.com. Now my online communication has broadened to other countries.
